PROTECTION OF MAYAN HERITAGE AT SKYPARK

In 2019, we partnered with the INAH (National Institute of Anthropology and History) to preserve and protect Mayan heritage discovered at the SkyPark site. Through this collaboration, we ensured that these important cultural remains were safeguarded by the proper authorities, helping to honor and promote our ancestral roots.

Our active involvement with the Montessori Coox Meyaj kindergarten is a tangible example of our commitment to children’s development. THESKY: A SKYSCRAPER BUILT FOR SUSTAINABILITY

As the first skyscraper in southeastern Mexico, TheSky is more than a landmark — it's a forward-thinking project designed with sustainability in mind. Some of its key environmental strategies include:

A water treatment plant that significantly reduces the amount of pollutants discharged into the ground.

Insulated glass panels that optimize cooling systems and reduce energy consumption by up to 70%, especially in tropical climates like ours.

An acoustic membrane made from recycled materials, specifically engineered to reduce sound transmission between spaces — lowering both noise levels and acoustic pollution.

CLEANING YUCATÁN’S BEACHES

SkyCapital also partnered with the organization “Limpiemos Yucatán”, dedicated to cleaning the coastline of our state. During this initiative, more than 100 volunteers came together and collected 925 kilograms of waste, helping to protect and preserve our beautiful beaches.

We promote healthy habits through initiatives like soccer tournaments and our SkyTeam cycling team, which aims to support and develop young talent in the state, helping them pursue a professional career in cycling.

Through our “Manos a la Obra” program, we create development opportunities for our team members in partnership with the organization “Construyendo y Creciendo” which has spent over 15 years helping construction workers gain access to literacy programs and professional training — opening doors to a better quality of life.
